I honestly yearn to know what drives someone to dedicate so much time to something so absurd. I'm talking about this War Witch business, of course-- who isn't? It's bad enough that the Daily Prophet still keeps a full payroll, now we have to deal with the junior paparazzi in school? I feel compelled to make my life as boring as possible; it's just not right.

	I bet it's one of the younger years. They've yet to reach maturity but they're still stealthy. I mean honestly, do you ever really notice them? They're so tiny I sometimes forget they exist. Also, they tend to try too hard, I've noticed. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Good points, I mean the War Witch employs some foul language, so I'd like to think it's none of the first years, but it would make sense for a fifth or sixth year to use this as a cry for attention.

I'm not entirely convinced it's a girl either, the "witch" bit could be a decoy. We should do some research, find out who might want to embarrass everyone who was mentioned.

...I hate to say it, but I see Slytherin written all over this.

Very true, I doubt it's anyone younger than a third year. Maybe a fourth year? If anything I'd guess fifth, but only because I think that sixth years are more mature than that. I could be wrong, though.

Really? That's a good point, I didn't think of that! I guess I just automatically assume that because it's gossip, it must be a girl. You should start your own detective business, you sleuth, you. Good thinking.
